French community tribute in Johannesburg following the attacks in Paris [fr]

In the wake of the horrendous attacks perpetrated last weekend in Paris, a crowd of French citizens, upon the initiative of French associations based in the Gauteng province, gathered on Sunday, November 15, at Zoo Lake (Johannesburg) in order to observe a minute of silence in memory of the victims and to express their rejection of all types of barbaric acts. Her Excellency the Ambassador of France to the Republic of South Africa, Madam Elisabeth Barbier, and the Consul General of France in Johannesburg, Mr. Raymond Quereilhac, were both present to pay tribute.
